Introduction

Project Overview: Nomad Health needed a scalable, user-centered solution to automate the nurse credentialing process. The existing system struggled to accommodate the diverse requirements of healthcare facilities, leading to inefficiencies, compliance risks, and delays in the hiring process. By implementing an optimized workflow, Nomad Health aimed to improve the experience for travel nurses while streamlining internal operations.

Role: Lead UX/Product Designer I led the design strategy, user research, and implementation of a comprehensive credentialing solution, ensuring usability, compliance, and operational efficiency.

The Problem
